How I Started My Agency with No Money & Just a Cell Phone

When I started my agency, all I had was my cell phone, a borrowed laptop, and wifi access from my parents house. I chose an industry, found a problem in the market, came up with an offer that was easy to understand, then called like crazy to sell my offer. I found contractors to do all the fulfillment so when I sold my productized offer, I was paying out of my profits. That way it did not have delay, make excuses, and go off to the races to build the business for the future.
